Ram Ray is a Professor at Prairie View A&M University, Prairie View, TX US. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, an MS in Soil Science, and a BS in Civil Engineering. He has over 10 years of working experience as a Faculty/Scientist at PVAMU and over 10 years as a Civil Engineer in federal government. Ray’s research interests include Natural hazards, and Resources management using GIS/remote sensing, Hydrology-land surface-atmosphere interactions, climate change and carbon sequestration.
