Rakesh Mehta

Rakesh Mehta received the B.Tech. degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India. He is a Senior Manager, Hardware at Oracle, at Oracle's Santa Clara site in Silicon Valley, California. He has worked on all generations of the current T and M series Oracle-Sun processors, starting from 2003. Before Oracle, he was lead on design and verification of network processor, low-power chip for mobile devices and system design. His research interest include coherency, distributed computing memory controllers, verification methodologies and RAS. He has received a patent in the field of cycle accurate fault log modeling for a digital system and has been granted research awards at IIT during college.
