Singh Rahul Pratap

Rahul Pratap Singh studied Pharmacy at Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, India. He did his Ph.D. at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. He is Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutics at the GD Goenka University, Sohna, Gurugram, India. His award includes “Junior and Senior Research Fellowship 2013-16 for Ph.D. research program funded from University Grants Commission, New Delhi, India”, and “GATE-Scholarship (2009-11) funded from Ministry of Human Resource and Development, New Delhi, India”. He also awarded with Gandhian Young Technological Innovation - SRISTI Awards, 2017 for Outstanding Achievement in Pharmaceutical Research and Innovation. Dr. Singh’s research focuses on multifunctional nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems, in particular on the (i) receptor-targeted delivery of proteins, peptides and drug delivery, (ii) synthesis and physicochemical characterization of nanomedicines, (ii) mathematical modelling of system performance, (iii) in-vitro and in-vivo safety and efficacy studies, and (iv) xenograft modelling for anticancer studies. So far, he has published his work in about than 20 articles in international scientific journals, and 2 books to his credit with a total citation of more than 325 (h index of 12 and i10-index 12 as per Google Scholar). Since 2017, Dr. Singh is working as an active peer-reviewer of the Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi, and Editor-Board Member of the Acta Scientific Pharmaceutical Sciences.
