Experience as a Pharma executive has shown me that learnings from research and drug development in Alzheimer’s Disease inform drug development across neurodegenerative disorders with respect to staging, population selection, study design and biomarker development, while experience gained in digital approaches and biomarker acceleration efforts in diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and Huntington’s disease is useful to accelerate the next phase of personalized drug development for the dementias.

By continuing strong relationships, built over decades, with public and private organizations that fund scientific research globally, I hope to minimize silos that slow the progress of therapeutic research. The ultimate goal is to provide complete solutions for patients confronted with neurodegenerative disorders: including diagnostic and monitoring tools, as well as impactful therapies for all stages of disease.
