Rong-Rong Li

Rong-Rong Li received the B.S. degree in optical physics from Nankai University, Tianjin, China, in 1982, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in physics from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH, in 1989 and 1995, respectively. She is currently with the Goddard Earth Sciences and Technology Center, University of Maryland Baltimore County, Baltimore and the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, MD. Her research experiences in remote sensing include atmospheric aerosols, water vapor, clouds, vegetation indexes, fire, and coastal waters using multispectral and hyperspectral data acquired from both the aircraft and satellite platforms.
