Ray P. Robertazzi

Raphael Robertazzi received the degree in physics and the degree in applied math from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA, USA, in 1982, and the Ph.D. degree in applied physics from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, USA, in 1990. He has been a Research Staff Member at the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown Heights, NY, since 1997. He has worked on a number of applied research areas focusing on semiconductor and quantum test, including the development of ultra-low-noise electronics and test systems, as well as the development of parametric test equipment for semiconductor device characterization. He has worked extensively on several product programs including the power 4, 6, and 8 microprocessors.
