My current research focuses on how targeted exercise medicine can reduce the side-effects and enhance the effectiveness of surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy; influence the tumour biology and immune system; and improve the quality of life, strength, body composition, and functional ability of cancer patients and survivors. I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction, and Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine, Exercise and Sports Science Australia and National Strength and Conditioning Association.
