Simba Galaxy Formation Simulations: I lead the Simba project, a suite of state-of-the-art cosmological hydrodynamic simulations that is the successor to the Mufasa simulations. More information along with simulation data products are available at the Simba website. Additionally, my group maintains several high-level simulation analysis codes, including the Caesar galaxy/halo catalog generator. Simba is also used in several other international simulation projects, including CAMELS and The Three Hundred Cluster Zooms.
Equilibrium Model: An analytic MCMC-based galaxy formation model that natively parameterises baryon cycling, requiring many fewer parameters than traditional SAMs to match observations. Combining the equilibrium model within a machine learning framework, we can populate cosmological dark matter-only with galaxies more accurately than with pure ML-only approaches.
Multi-wavelength Surveys: I am a Co-I on ongoing and upcoming surveys with Hubble, JWST, Keck, and MeerKAT, and other major facilities. My primary role is to provide theoretical interpretations and predictions. I am the Theory WG Lead for MeerKAT's LADUMA survey.
