Ricardo Basurto-Davila

Ricardo Basurto-Davila is a Health Economist at the Policy Analysis Unit, Office of Health Assessment and Epidemiology, Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. He received a PhD in Policy Analysis from the F.S. Pardee RAND Graduate School, an MS in Economics from the University of Texas in Austin, and a B.A. in Economics from Tec de Monterrey in Mexico.
