Ahmed H. Qureshi (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from NUST, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2014, the M.S. degree in engineering from Osaka University, Toyonaka, Japan, in 2017, and the Ph.D. degree in intelligent systems, robotics, and control from the University of California San Diego, CA, USA, in 2021. He is currently an Assistant Professor in computer science and the Director with the Cognitive Robot Autonomy and Learning Lab, Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA. His research interests include fundamental and applied artificial intelligence, machine learning, and control research to design and develop intelligent robotic systems, specifically focusing on dextrous manipulation and control, motion planning, mobile navigation, human–robot collaboration, autonomous driving, and healthcare. Dr. Qureshi is also serving as an Associate Editor for IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters, International Conference on Robotics and Automation 2023, and IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems 2023, and an Area Chair for the Conference on Robot Learning 2023.
