Qin Tao (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from the Electronic Information School, Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2017, and the Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2022. Since 2022, she has been with the School of Information Science and Technology, Hangzhou Normal University, Hangzhou, where she is currently an Associate Professor. Her research interests include backscatter communication, intelligent reflecting surface, and symbiotic radio. Dr. Tao and her coauthors have been awarded the Best Paper Award at the ICCC 2018 and WCSP 2020.
