个人简介
Qi Liu (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree from Anhui University, Anhui, China, in 2010.
He then joined the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMECAS), Beijing, China, as a Professor, in 2016. He is currently a Professor with the Frontier Institute of Chip and System, State Key Laboratory of Integrated Chips and Systems, Fudan University, Shanghai, China, and a Guest Professor with the IMECAS. His research interests focus on fabrication, characterization, and mechanism of emerging memory devices and chips for memory, logic, computing-in-memory, and neuromorphic computing.
