个人简介
Dr Srirangam's research interests are in physical metallurgy, processing of metals and materials characterisation. He has excellent experience in the areas of metal casting, solidification, heat treatment and structure-property relations of metal alloys used for automotive, aerospace and nuclear reactor applications. During his research career, he has used advanced characterisation techniques such as high energy X-ray diffraction (HEXRD), XAFS, ultra/small angle X-ray scattering (USAXS/SAXS) and nano/micro synchrotron tomography to understand the internal structure and behaviour of materials in a wide spectrum of length scales (from mm to nm/atomic level)
