Piotr Vasiljev

Piotr Vasiljev received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Kaunas Technological University, Kaunas, Lithuania in 1968; and the Ph.D., Hab. Dr., and Prof. in 1976, 1984 and 1986, respectively. from 1970 to 1990, he works in VNIIPTM scientific research institute as a group leader of the department of ultrasonic devices. He is currently a member of the Academy of Engineering Sciences of the Russian Federation from 1996 and head of the Laboratory of Ultrasonic Mechanizms in Vilnius Pedagogical University, Lithuania. His research interests include dynamic, mechatronic, automotive technology, and ultrasonic systems.
