Bio

Peter Zell recently served as the Deputy Project Manager of the Orion Heat Shield Thermal Protection System Advanced Development Project. He has experience as a project manager, systems engineer, and test engineer for a variety of NASA aeronautics and space projects over the past 23 years. He received his B.S. and M.S. in aerospace engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
