Peter Sasvari, Ph.D., Associate Professor (2013) of the Institute of E-Public Service Development, Faculty of Political Sciences and Public Administration, National University of Public Service, Budapest, Hungary (Part time: University of Miskolc, Hungary). Defended his doctoral thesis with the best receivable mark, ‘summa cum-laude’. The title of his dissertation was ‘The Development of Information and Communication Technology: An Empirical Study’. Sasvari is the supervisor of 1 Ph.D. students’ thesis, has supervised more than 150 bachelor’s and master’s theses; he is a member of the public body at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. He is the author of more than 30 international publications, serves as the associate editor for 3 international journals. Recently, the analysis of business information systems has been in the focus of his researches. With the co-operation of some local universities, he has conducted a primary research among small and medium-sized enterprises in Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Portugal, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Spain and Slovakia.
