Involved in leadership roles at various levels in academic medicine for 14 years. Active researcher with multiple funded grants from NIH, DOD etc and >300 publications. I have been the past President of the Societe Internationale d’Urologie, the Society of Academic Urology and Minnesota Urologic Society. I have been a board member of the Society of Urologic Oncology and the North Central Section of the American Urologic Association. Last experience as Associate editor of Journal of Urology and Section editor of Cancer. Experience with managing clinical service lines and physician practice groups with large budgets.
