Pauline Bernard

Pauline Bernard graduated in applied mathematics from Mines Paris (formerly MINES ParisTech), Paris, France, in 2014, and received the Ph.D. degree in mathematics and control from the Centre Automatique et Systèmes of Mines Paris, Université PSL, Paris, France, in 2017. As a Postdoctoral scholar, she was with the Hybrid Systems Laboratory, the University of California Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz, CA, USA, and with the Center for Research on Complex Automated Systems, the University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy. Since 2019, she has been an Associate Professor with the Centre Automatique et Systèmes of Mines Paris, Université PSL, France. Her research interests include the observation and output regulation of nonlinear and hybrid systems. Dr. Bernard was the recipient of the European Ph.D. Award for the work on observer design for nonlinear systems, control for complex and heterogeneous systems in 2018.
