个人简介
His research interests include cross-cultural and international HRM, HR strategy and the employment relationship. He has several writing collaborations from which his latest books are on: Globalizing HRM, Strategic Talent Management; Do We Need HR?; International HRM; Contemporary HR Issues in Europe; and Human Resource Management, Innovation and Performance.
He serves also as a consultant for the
World Bank, the World Trade Organization, and the World Intellectual Property
Organization. Maskus recently chaired a panel of the National Academy of Sciences on
intellectual property management in standards-setting organizations.
