Patrick G. Stegmann

Patrick Stegmann received the Dr.-Ing. degree in mechanical and process engineering from the TU Darmstadt, Darmstadt, Germany, in 2015. He worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher with Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, USA. He is a Project Scientist with the Joint Center for Satellite Data Assimilation affiliated with the NOAA Center for Weather and Climate Prediction. His research is focused on radiative transfer modeling, electromagnetic scattering by atmospheric particles, satellite data assimilation, and software engineering in support of the CRTM and JEDI frameworks.
