个人简介
His research focusses on CMOS and SOI circuits for high-frequency, high-bandwidth and high-power applications, with a strong focus on telecommunication. At KU Leuven, his main research focus is on CMOS and SOI Power Amplifiers, mm-wave and sub-THz CMOS circuits and datacommunication through polymer fibers. Patrick is a member of various TPCs, including ISSCC, RFIC and ESSCIRC. He received that 2014 Bell Labs Prize and the 2011 TSMC Europractice Innovation Award.
