Pankaj R. Daga

Pankaj R. Daga received M.S. degree in pharmacy from National Institute of pharmaceutical education and research, India. He started his career as junior scientist at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd till 2005. He joined for graduate studies at the University of Mississippi in August 2005. He continued to work on computational studies towards drug design and discovery, mainly focusing on protein modeling and simulations. From May 2010 to June 2012, he worked as a postdoctoral research associate at Astraea Therapeutics where he continued to work on modeling the G-protein coupled receptors, lead identification and optimization. Currently he is working at Novartis Institute of Biomedical Research at Emeryville, where he is exploring various strategies for lead optimization.
