Peter Chow

Peter P. Chow received the Ph.D. degree in physics from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, in 1975. From 1977 to 1985, he was a Principal Research Scientist of Honeywell Corporate Research Center, where he was engaged in molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth of (Hg, Cd, Te) compound and superlattices. He was with Perkin-Elmer Corporation as the MBE R&D Manager and Principal Scientist, where he was involved in research on silicon MBE system. Since 1993, he has been with SVT Associates, Inc., Eden Prairie, MN, where he is currently the General Manager. He is the author or coauthor of more than 50 published technical papers and a book chapter on the MBE technology.
