Pierre Biron

Pierre Biron is a doctor, specialist of medical oncology and hematology at Léon Berard cancerology center of Lyon. He has developed hematology in this hospital and was involved in intensive chemotherapy and autograft of hematopoietic stem cells in malignant neoplasms. From 1994 to 2004 he was director of medical affairs and is now counselor of the present director and in charge of hospital mediation. He is director of the regional cancerology network of Rhone-Alps. He is also the project manager of the electronic patient record and IS of Léon Berard and the medical referent for the regional health electronic platform and cancerology record in Rhone-Alps.
