Oriol Busquets Figueras

I am a biologist and I obtained my PhD in December 2019. My thesis focused on the the c-Jun N-terminal Kinases (JNKs) and their role in neuropathological diseases like sporadic Alzheimer's disease and temporal lobe epilepsy (preclinical mouse models). Now, I have moved to my Postdoctoral fellow in the Department Neurosciences of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. In his team we will explore genomic risk factors linked to neurodegenerative diseases (in vitro human stem cells).
