At Oak Ridge National Laboratory, he has been working on several projects including advanced power electronics and electric drives, renewable energies, energy storage systems, wireless power transfer systems, and smart grids. Onar is the principle author/co-author of over 80 journal and conference papers as well as eight books / book chapters.
