Oleg L Antipov

Oleg Antipov received the Diploma in physics from Gorky State University, Gorky, USSR, in 1983, and the Ph.D. degree from the N. I. Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod, Russia in 1992. In 1983, he joined the Institute of Applied Physics of Russian Academy of Science, Nizhny Novgorod, where he is currently a leading Scientist and the Head of the research group. Since 1997, he has been a Lecturer with the N. I. Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod. He has coauthored more than 100 refereed journal publications and holds three patents. He presented more than 20 invited talks at international conferences. His scientific research interests include nonlinear optics and laser physics. He is a member of the Optical Society of America. He was a recipient of the 2012 Galileo Award from European Scientific and Industrial Chamber for the development of novel solid-state lasers and nonlinear optics.
