Bio

Olivier Richard received the Ph.D. degree in materials science at the University of Lille, France, in 1995. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Antwerpen (Belgium), where his skills were strengthened in transmission electron microscopy. He is currently in charge of transmission electron microscopy analysis at the Interuniversity Microelectronics Center (IMEC), Leuven, Belgium.
