I am currently working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Bioinformatics, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto women university Peshawar, Pakistan. Presently, I am working on integrative omics approaches for identification of biomarkers associated with cancer, neurodegenerative and infectious diseases. I am also working on gene and protein networking, protein-protein interactions, insilico and invitro mutagenesis. In addition to these I am working on library screening, molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations for identification of candidate drug against cancer, neurodegenerative and infectious diseases.
