Norbert Ambrosius received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in mechanical engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, Germany, in 2013.
He started his career as a Project Manager of the Technology Development Department, LPKF Laser & Electronics AG, Garbsen, Germany, where he developed the laser-induced-deep-etching (LIDE) process. In 2019, he became the Team Leader of process engineering at LPKF and is responsible for the process and technology development of LIDE technology in that role. He is the inventor and a co-inventor of multiple patents in that field.
