Through my research and innovation, I aim to inspire health and sporting communities locally, nationally and internationally to engage in safe and effective exercise in environmental extremes. I lead our Environmental Extremes Laboratory, where my research focus is towards heat sensitivity during exercise. I provide support to athletes and individuals embarking upon challenges in extreme environments and work with industrial partners who seek product testing facilities.
