I am working on synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials and thin films of functional materials formed by different methods, such as chemicals, thermal evaporation, sputtering techniques. Devices fabricated by functional materials is my interest and more focusing is given for gas sensing nanomaterials, and photovoltaic solar cell.
