He is a member of the editorial board of the IEEE Journal on MicroElectroMechanical Systems, the international steering committee of the IEEE MEMS conference, the International Microneedle conference and was the general co-chair of IEEE MEMS 2021. His main research fields are sensors for medical diagnostics, MEMS-based drug delivery and sampling systems. Dr. Roxhed is a founder of 7 companies, has authored more than 150 scientific papers, and is an inventor of over 40 patent families.
