N. Castagna

Natascia Castagna was born in Moncalieri (Torino, Italy) in 1974. She received the Laurea degree in physics from the University of Torino in 1999 and a Ph.D. degree from Neuchatel in 2006. For her thesis, she was involved in the study of atomic fountain clocks. She spent 1 year in a postdoctoral program in Paris on the CPT clock experiment. Dr. Castagna is currently spending 2 years in a postdoctoral program at the University of Fribourg where she is involved in the development of compact atomic magnetometers.
