He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He has more than 10 years of R&D experience in the field of wireless networks, telecommunications, and intelligent transport systems. From 2010-2014, he worked on the project of multi-service packet transmission techniques for vehicular ad hoc networks at UoN as a Ph.D. student.
Particularly, he worked as part of the research team of the SafeITS project which was funded by the Qatar National Research Foundation. The research team comprised of researchers from QMIC, Purdue University, and Western Michigan University.
