Muhammad Arfan

I received my PhD in Integrated Water Resources Management at the US-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Water, with collaborative research at University of Utah, USA, in August 2022. My research at the juncture of political sociology and environmental studies argues that dominant technical approaches to water management de-politicize development in Pakistan by obscuring class, caste, and gender power asymmetries.
