In icddr,b, Mojnu Miah's research focus was on the controlling spillover of emerging infectious pathogens responsible for pandemic threats both to humans and animals. He had been doing viral RNA sequencing and metagenomics on Oxford Nanopore MinION. He is now working at Winthrop P. Cancer Institute, College of Medicine, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Mr Miah's research focuses on molecular cancer genetics, proteomics research, and investigation of the transcriptome in Cancer cells.
