As a 3GPP RAN1 standards delegate, he has mainly worked on LTE and NR PHY design and specifications since 3GPP Release 11, as Rapporteur of the LTE standard and feature leads of NR for some MIMO work items. He has (co)authored many papers in IEEE conferences, magazines, and journals, mainly focusing on state-of-the-art MIMO technology and implementation.
