Bio
I develop new techniques to probe the microstructure of the brain, so that MRI scans can not only tell where a structural change occurred in the brain, but what actually changed at the microsctructural level. This involves both work on developing new sequences as well as improving analysis methods. In addition I am working on improving the connectivity estimates between brain regions from diffusion MRI tractography with a particular focus on the cortical connectivity profiles.
