I am a physicist and computer scientist by education, turned data scientist in molecular medicine. To better understand high-dimensional complex systems like cancer cells, I research unsupervised statistical machine learning methods like GitHub.com/GrauLab/SDCM. For research projects of my director and experiments in our lab, I lead the in-silico analyses. Recently, we have built new analysis pipelines for whole exome and RNA-sequencing.
