Belayat M. Hossain received his Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Computer Science from University of Hyogo, Kobe, Japan in 2018/9. He received the JSPS Fellowship Award for postdoctoral study from Japan society for promotion of science in 2018/11, and the MEXT scholarship Award from the Ministry of Education, Japan in 2015/10. He is currently a researcher (foreign) at Advanced medical engineering center, University of Hyogo under medical imaging division on various projects on medical image processing and machine learning. His research interest includes: computer-aided diagnosis, predictive modeling in medicine, image recognition, deep learning, and Bio-medical signal analysis.
