I also work on single-cell visualisation, the CRISPOR tool and still have interests in biomedical text mining and anything related to genome annotation.

In the past, I used to work on genocoding the literature, using text indexing/text mining to better link genomes to academic papers, but also on the genome browser mirror installers and sometimes its virtual machine or docker container.
