Matthew Lang

I am working at the British Antarctic Survey, developing a data assimilation (DA) system for the BAS Radiation Belt model. I have worked in the field of DA for over a decade, developing DA methodologies for solar wind models at the University of Reading and performing atmospheric inversions to estimate carbon fluxes whilst at LSCE in Paris. and I did my PhD at the University of Reading, working on the improvement of model parameters/parameterisations through the use of data assimilation.
