个人简介
Matthew Guidry (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB), Santa Barbara, CA, USA, in 2018, in Professor Mishra’s group.
He is currently a Post-Doctoral Scholar with UCSB. He also manages the UCSB HFM Lab that supports a wide range of on-wafer electronic devices and material characterization from dc-110 GHz. He has authored or coauthored over 40 journal and conference presentations and one book chapter. He has coinvented three issued patents. His research interests are focused on electronic semiconductor device characterization, design, and modeling, especially for N-polar gallium nitride (GaN) mm-wave power transistors.
