Matt Hale

Matthew Hale (Member, IEEE) received the B.S.E. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA, in 2012, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2015 and 2017, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering with the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, USA. His research interests include multi-agent systems, mobile robotics, privacy in control, and distributed optimization. He was the recipient of the NSF CAREER Award, ONR YIP, and AFOSR YIP.
