个人简介
Matías Urrutia (Student Member, IEEE) was born in Santiago, Chile. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Federico Santa María Technical University, Valparaíso, Chile, in 2017. He is currently working toward the dual Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with the University of Chile, Santiago, RM, Chile, and the University of Nottingham, Nottingham, U.K.
Since 2021, he has been a part of the Power Electronics, Machines and Control Group, the University of Nottingham, as a Research Associate. He is a part-time Lecturer with Federico Santa María Technical University. His research interests include modular multilevel converters control, model predictive control, and modern FPGA-based digital control schemes for power electronics applications.
