Bio
Martin Perrine is a Scientist/Faculty Specialist at the University of Maryland's Earth System Science Interdisciplinary Center (ESSIC), where he performs science radar development, operations and data analysis for NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center's science mission. Prior to joining ESSIC he was an Electrical Engineer at three Federal agencies including NASA where he supported radio system development. He also worked on the regulation of radio systems for the Federal Communication Commission and developed radio systems for the Department of Defense. He received an M.S.E.E. from Johns Hopkins University in 1987 and a B.S.E.E from Michigan State University, 1984.
