Mark T Begonia

I am the Director of Testing for the Virginia Tech Helmet Lab. I oversee all laboratory testing for the Virginia Tech Helmet Ratings (https://www.helmet.beam.vt.edu/index.html). I also assess the injury risk from drone impacts and laceration through collaborations with MAAP and the FAA. I possess a multidisciplinary skill set and a demonstrated history of leading and managing collaborative, cross-functional research projects funded by various academic institutions, the NIH, and the DoD.
