个人简介
Mark L. Adams (SM’16) received the bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University, Auburn, AL, USA, in 1997, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering, with a focus on biophysics and nanofabrication, from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Pasadena, CA, USA, in 2000 and 2004, respectively.
He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Auburn University, where he founded the Sensors, Transducers, Optics, RF, and MEMS (STORM) Laboratory (http://storm.auburn.edu). His current research interests include microelectronics/nanoelectronics, MEMS/nanoelectromechanical systems (NEMS), photonics, smart materials, antennas, and biologically inspired structures.
