MARIUS ENACHESCU (S’

) received the Engineer
degree (equivalent with Bologna Master) in microelectronics from Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania, and the
PhD degree in computer engineering from Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands, in 2007 and 2016,
respectively. He is currently an assistant professor with the Electronics, Telecommunications and Information
Technology Faculty, Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania and also a senior analog designer at Microchip in
Bucharest, RO. His research interests include novel logic devices with subthreshold swing steeper than
$60$
mV/dec, microelectromechanical systems, power management of
$2$
D/$3$
D IC, power-delivery
network, and memory hierarchy. He (co)authored more than $15$
papers in
international journals and conferences, e.g., the International Symposium on Circuits and Systems,
NANOARCH, DATE, ASAP, ICCD, and received an international conference best paper award for PhD Students, i.e., IEEE

th International Conference
on System Theory, Control, and Computing (ICSTCC), $2011$
, and Finalist
for Best Paper Award for PhD Students, i.e., IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS

). He served as technical
reviewer of several international conferences. He has been received the HiPEAC Industrial PhD Scholarship in modeling
and analyzing power delivery network in single/multi-die configurations at ARM, Cambridge, UK. He is member of the
HiPEAC Network of Excellence, and graduate member of the IEEE.
